10,000 Hours（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが扱う情報と、その保存方法について説明します。
課金処理にRevenueCatを利用する説明は、バージョン1.3以降およびそのTestFlight版に適用されます。1.2以前のバージョンはRevenueCat SDKを使用しません。
端末内に保存する情報
本アプリは、利用者が入力した目標名、計測した日時と時間、履歴、タイマー設定、チュートリアルの表示状態、通知設定を、利用者の端末内に保存します。
目標名、計測時間、履歴、設定を開発者やRevenueCatのサーバーへ送信することはありません。購入の復元によって、これらの記録が端末間で同期されることもありません。
収集・追跡について
本アプリにはアカウント登録、広告、広告目的の追跡、学習記録の外部分析、クラウド同期はありません。
追加機能の購入・復元にはAppleのApp Storeを利用します。バージョン1.3以降では、購入状態の確認にRevenueCatも利用します。RevenueCatには、購入履歴、商品と取引の情報、匿名のアプリ利用者ID、アプリやOSのバージョンなど課金処理に必要な情報が送信され、購入検証、不正防止、機能の提供、売上分析に利用されます。
氏名・メールアドレス・目標名を匿名IDに登録しません。広告識別子などの自動収集とSDK診断送信も有効にしません。クレジットカード情報は本アプリや開発者では取得しません。

通知
利用者がカウントダウン終了通知を有効にした場合、本アプリは端末上でローカル通知を作成します。通知の許可は、iPhoneの設定からいつでも変更できます。
Live Activityに対応するバージョンでは、動作中の目標名とタイマー情報がロック画面やDynamic Islandに表示されます。通知やLive ActivityはiPhoneの設定から管理できます。
情報の編集と削除
履歴は本アプリ内から追加、編集、削除できます。本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内に保存された本アプリの記録も削除されます。
アプリの削除だけでは、AppleやRevenueCatが保持する取引情報は削除されません。購入情報に関するお問い合わせは下記の窓口へご連絡ください。

Privacy policy
Updated October 1, 2026. The RevenueCat provisions apply to version 1.3 and later, including their TestFlight builds. Versions 1.2 and earlier do not use the RevenueCat SDK.
10,000 Hours stores goal names, practice sessions, history, timer preferences and notification settings on your device. Goal names and practice records are not sent to the developer or RevenueCat. The app has no account registration, advertising, advertising tracking, external analysis of practice records or cloud synchronization. Restoring purchases does not synchronize your practice records.
We use Apple's App Store to process purchases and restore access. Version 1.3 and later also use RevenueCat for purchase verification. RevenueCat receives purchase history, product and transaction information, an anonymous app user identifier, and technical information such as app and OS versions. These are used for purchase validation, fraud prevention, app functionality and revenue analytics. We do not associate names, email addresses or goal names with the anonymous identifier. Automatic advertising/device identifier collection and optional SDK diagnostics are disabled. The app and developer do not receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
If enabled, countdown notifications are scheduled locally. Supported versions display your goal name and timer information on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while a Live Activity is active. Manage these features in iPhone Settings.
Practice records can be edited or deleted in the app. Deleting the app removes its local records, but does not delete transaction information retained by Apple or RevenueCat.
